The wonderful Villa with swimming pool is located in the Area of Mezzomonte, 18min (9km) from the center of Florence. The Villa enjoys total privacy, immersed in the park, it is accessed through a tree-lined avenue. Adjacent to the Villa but completely separate the pool area, a barbecue area and wood-burning oven for outdoor dinners and a pergola adjacent to the living area and kitchen of the Villa.

Spread over 3 levels (plus the basement), the Villa has 7 double rooms, all rooms have private bathrooms in the room. On the ground floor the lounges and dining room as well as the typical Tuscan cuisine in fully equipped masonry, functional with new appliances.
In the basement the equipped Gym.

The villa’s pool area is completely fenced and features a full set of sun loungers, deckchairs and umbrellas, as well as a changing room.
Being fully exposed to the sun all day, a large pergola fully furnished with a table and a fridge, is the optimal solution to keep beverages cool during the hot summer days. The size of the pool is 6 x 12m long (19.7 x 39.4 ft).

One of the greatest assets of the villa is its location. In fact, the villa lies just about 6 miles away (approximately 15 mins by car) from the beginning of the historic center of Florence (Porta Romana square) and about 3.5 miles away from the lovely village of Impruneta, famous for its terracotta production. This allows guests to get into the heart of Florence in less than 20 minutes, while also having the chance to easily explore the Chianti region with its many wonderful villages and vineyards (among others Antinori ́s wine estate is 13.4 miles away). The Chianti villages such as Greve, Panzano and Castellina in Chianti are all within an easy drive.
The Florence Airport (FLR) is about 14 miles away, while the “Santa Maria Novella” train station (Florence’s main train station) is about 7.7 miles distant.
The nearest restaurants and grocery stores are about 2.5 miles away.
It is also very close to all the centres of the International School of Florence, including the Bagno a Ripoli and Piazzale Michelangelo campus.
